Its aim is to verify whether the manner in which data is processed (with special focus on security controls) complies with the provisions of the abovementioned act and the regulations related to it.

The scope of tests:

• identification of personal data filing systems (also those that do not fall within the obligation of registration),
• assessment of the existing documentation connected to personal data processing,
• conducting interviews or surveys among people responsible for personal data protection,
• preparation of a compliance report.
