Jakub Augustyn is an Associate IT Security Consultant. He gained over 2 years of experience at one of the largest technology companies in Poland, where he was responsible for conducting penetration testing and assessing the security of systems for the ERP sector. As part of his role, he identified vulnerabilities, including application logic flaws and provided ongoind technical consultations to development teams while also supporting SOC activities.

He holds the following certifications: eWPTX, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer and CompTIA Security+. He is currently preparing to obtain the Hack The Box CWES certification.

Jakub earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity form AGH in Cracow and is currently completing his Master’s degree in Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology. He also serves as a laboratory instructor for penetration testing methodology courses at UKEN in Cracow.
