Whose data do We process?

We process personal data of:

  •     visitors to Our website at and (the “Websites”),
  •     those giving consent to be contacted with Our offer or presentation,
  •     subscribers to Our newsletter,
  •     Our Customers,
  •     those who work or have worked with Us.

How do We process personal data?

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”) and provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

a)   communication based on the consent given by the data subject to the processing of his/her personal data (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR),

b)  performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into the contract
(Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),

c)   handling inquiries related to the provision of services (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),

d)  handling complaints and grievances (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),

e)   storing documentation for the purpose of establishing, asserting or settling claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR),

f)    storing documentation for the purposes of tax settlements and compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).

Providing data for the purposes of the provision of services and consideration of complaints/grievances is voluntary but necessary for Us to handle complaint notices.

We do not transfer, sell or make the collected data available for use. Recipients of data may only be authorized employees or Our partners providing services related to process handling or IT support.

If the data subject has consented to the processing of their data, the data are processed until the withdrawal of consent or during another term explicitly indicated at the stage of granting the consent. In other cases, the data are processed for a period justified by the purpose of such processing. The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting, or defending claims or when retention of data is required due to tax regulations. In Our case, the principles are as follows:

II. Cookies

What are cookies?

Cookies are transferred to web browsers and are then stored in the devices’ memory and read by the server each time you connect to the Websites. Cookies do not include any information which would enable third parties to gain access to your personal data or to contact you, e.g., by e-mail or phone. This allows Us to improve Websites’ structure and content and Our advertisements. To do this, We use Google Ads. It is an online advertising platform that helps to advertise Us, our services and materials through the Websites. Google Ads service collects anonymous information and records trends on the Websites without identifying individual persons. How can I disable cookies?

You decide about cookies processing by making appropriate settings in your browser. Disabling cookies in the web browser affects the way the Websites are displayed.
