We process personal data of:
-     visitors to Our website at www.securing.biz and www.securing.pl (the “Websites”),
-     those giving consent to be contacted with Our offer or presentation,
-     subscribers to Our newsletter,

How do We process personal data?
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”) and provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection.

Providing data for the purposes of the provision of services and consideration of complaints/grievances is voluntary but necessary for Us to handle complaint notices.
We do not transfer, sell or make the collected data available for use. Recipients of data may only be authorized employees or Our partners providing services related to process handling or IT support.

What are cookies?
