Junior Content Specialist
We’re hiring!
Kraków (hybrid) or remote | Full-time 5,500–7,500 PLN
We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us with content. The work is simple: create, read, fix, upload, repeat.
About us
We’ve been around for 23 years. We work with both large, established corporations and young startups – which gives us a pretty broad view of the market.
What you’ll do:
- Review and edit articles written by our security experts
- Add basic SEO (titles, links, metadescription, structure)
- Upload content to WordPress and Medium
- Create graphics (carousels, visuals) in Canva
- Prepare LinkedIn posts and visuals based on expert content
- Work directly with authors to improve LinkedIn communication
- Edit and organize presentations, PDFs, and Word documents
- Keep bios, references, and service pages up to date
- Your main tools will be: WordPress, Canva, and LinkedIn
What you should know:
- Very good English – we mean it (B2/C1)
- Fluent Polish – we speak Polish inside the company
- Canva – for visuals, carousels, layouts
- WordPress – for publishing and formatting content
- SEO – just the basics, but you should know how Google works
- You understand that different types of content serve different goals
- You enjoy repetitive work like editing, formatting, and improving details
- You have a calm, detail-oriented approach and like clean, structured things
Where this job can lead: Over time, this role can grow into a B2B Content Expert – someone who understands our services, audience, and how to shape technical content for the right people.

Salary
5,500–7,500 PLN gross (UoP), depending on your skills. If you know Canva and WordPress, you’re in the right place.
Our Recruitment Process
- You send us your CV.
- We review it and decide whether to invite you for a chat.
- If yes, we’ll have a short 15–20 minute meeting to get to know each other.
- If that goes well, we’ll send you a small task (max 1 hour) to see how you think.
- Then we’ll have a final interview to discuss the task and talk more.
- If everything clicks – we make you an offer!
